CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS
Face Aesthetics adheres to a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the treatment or will be deducted from your treatment package. For Complimentary Consultations, a £50 deposit will be required if sufficient notice is not provided. For all other services, the treatment deposit will be taken if adequate notice is not given. Cancellations can be made in person, via phone, or through email – we are available 7 days a week.
DEPOSITS
Our Aesthetic Consultations are free of charge. Should you choose to book a treatment on the same day, a deposit of £20 is required. If you decide against proceeding with the treatment 48 hours is required for cancellation. Therefore, we highly recommend that all our patients schedule a consultation first so we can evaluate their medical history and confirm that the desired treatment is appropriate for them.
REFUNDS
All purchases of treatments and courses are NON-REFUNDABLE; however, they can be converted to other aesthetic treatments or a credit note within 14 days of the purchase date. The credit note will be valid for 12 months, and for 24 months in the case of pregnancy. For courses that have already started, the credit note will be based on the price of the individual treatments rather than the discounted course price. For hygiene reasons, products purchased are non-refundable.
LATE ARRIVALS
We respectfully ask that you arrive at your appointment promptly to avoid having to wait at reception. We make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but occasionally your treatment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled for a different time. There will be a late cancellation fee if the treatment needs to be rescheduled.
TREATMENTS DISCLAIMER
In many circumstances, we get important results, and we try to collaborate with you to get the outcome you want.However, individual client outcomes may differ, thus
outcomes cannot be certain.Diet, lifestyle, and biological makeup and response all influence this.Please be aware that in order to fulfill your specific needs, we can suggest a modification to your treatment plan during your course of therapy.
POLICY ON CHILDREN
We are sorry to inform you that children cannot be left alone in the reception area. We kindly urge our clients not to ask our receptionist to supervise their children while they
receive treatments, as our front of house personnel is not qualified or insured to do so. For safety concerns, children are not allowed in the treatment rooms at any time.
POLICY ON PETS
For hygienic reasons, we regret that pets are not permitted in the salon.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Purchased gift vouchers have a 6 month validity period and are not refundable or convertible into cash. Please remember to bring your gift coupon to your appointment and mention the voucher number when making the reservation. When booking in with a gift voucher please contact the salon to confirm booking.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Every deal is only valid for one person at a time and cannot be combined with another offer or product purchase.
COMPLAINTS POLICY
The manager at Face Aesthetics should be contacted by email with complaints. Our goal is to respond to complaints within five business days.
