Anti-wrinkle treatment is a prescription-only medicine. That means it can only be given following a proper clinical assessment and prescription from a qualified prescriber never handed out on demand, and never without checking it's right and safe for you.

We are proud to be doctor-led, with our prescribing doctor attending in person on the day. Here's what that means for you:

• Consultation and treatment on the same day – where appropriate, and subject to the prescriber's assessment and approval, you can have your clinical assessment and your treatment in a single visit.

• No separate appointments needed – this is different from arrangements where you have to see a prescriber on one day, then come back another day for treatment. We know that convenience matters, without ever compromising on safety.

• Real clinical oversight – your treatment plan is built around you, assessed properly by a doctor before anything goes ahead.

Our doctors who work alongside us are amazing, and we're incredibly proud to have them as part of what we offer. Having doctors involved does add cost to the business, but for us, patient safety always has to come first.

Because this is a prescription-only medicine, having our prescriber with us on the day means you can have your consultation and, where appropriate, your treatment together properly assessed, properly prescribed.

We know there are some incredibly low prices around, and it's easy to see why people are tempted. But it's always worth asking: what product is actually being used? Where has it come from? Has it been properly prescribed and sourced?

We've all seen the stories in the media about people suffering devastating complications after unregulated or counterfeit products. It's a reminder that in aesthetics, the cheapest option isn't always the safest one.
